Shipping

We charge a fixed rate of Rs.199 per kg.

Your order will be delivered to you through M&P Courier Service at the address you have mentioned as ship to address in your order. In case of Cash On Delivery order, the courier will collect the money in cash from you when he delivers the order.

Your order usually reached your doorstep between 1 to 3 working days from the date of order.

We will send you regular updates about the status of your order via emails and SMS. After your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to you.

Returns

Please return honey jar with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning and make sure the quantity is not less than 80%.

Delivery Charges will not be refunded which is Rs199.

Refund requests will be processed within 3 days after receiving the return products.

  1. Download and fill the return exchange form here.
  2. Pack the product and include the exchange refund form.
  3. Ship to: Returns Department The Premium Honey 41-E Model Town, Lahore Pakistan Note: Please return the product via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post at your own expense to our address.
